Astrotrac/PolariePosted by Koen Miskotte Sun, September 04, 2011 12:11:46

Finally I had some time to process an image from Namibia. This image (taken on 1 august 2011 around 00:37 UT) shows te bright star alpha Scorpio and the Antares/Rho Ophiuchi cloud complex. At the right side a bright meteor is visible, a Capricornid of -2. Also visible on this image are two globulair clusters named Messier 4 (left corner) and NGC 6144 (near Antares).
