The Milky Way in Centaurus

Part of the milky way in the constellation of Centaurus, taken with a simple Canon EF 35 mm F 2.0 lens. The bright stars in the middle and below are alpha Centaurus (also called Toliman) and beta Centaurus (Hadar). In the lower right corner the globular cluster Omega Centauri is visible.
